The hotel is located in a quiet area, making it easy to navigate from the airport. However, it is inaccessible to everything else, with no metro stops nearby. Rooms are of reasonable size, clean and tidy, with free water bottles. Buffet breakfast is okay, but egg omelette making person is insufficient. Staff are helpful, but their English is limited. There is a selection of fresh fruit bowl from the second day onwards, and a free shuttle bus service to and from the fair.

The hotel lacks tourist brochures and sightseeing information, leaving guests puzzled about where to go.

What I don't like was, I booked under double bed room, but they gave me twin bed room and the receptionist told me that double bed room is twin bed room. In my experience staying in any hotel in the world, double bed room mean double size bed.

Very polite and helpful staff, buffet restaurant with "western style" Chinese food, free fresh fruits in the room everyday, very polite bell boys (they go on the street to get you a taxi, and always tell you the rate in case taxi drivers tries to get more money).

Some of the rooms (I slept I two rooms because left to Hong Kong for two days) are not clean; I think that first room was renewed so it look much better. Front desk staff does not speak good English, they only have one translator at the reception, and so during big traffic on check out there was big line of customers waiting for their turn. Because of that we almost late for train to HK. I don't know why they charge deposit on check-in.

This hotel felt like a home away from home, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was great with a good variety, and the location was convenient, being close to public transportation and local shops. The option to leave luggage for a few days was helpful as well.

Communicating in the local language was a bit challenging, and I wished there were more English-speaking staff available. The carpets in the room and bathroom could have used a professional cleaning, and the iron and ironing board had to be requested multiple times, which was a bit annoying.

During our stay at the hotel in Guangzhou, we were delighted by the friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to attend to our needs. The location was convenient, with a nearby exercise park and a shuttle bus to the airport at an affordable price. The rooms were nicely furnished, and the hotel even treated us to a free coffee or beverage at the coffee shop.

The hotel is clean and modern and geared for business travels. It sits on the campus of South China Normal University, and so is ideally suited for people with business with the university. It is not near any of the tourist areas, but does have decent access to public transit.

There were some additional fees which Booked.net did not disclose, which were disclosed on other search engines, which made it appear that one got a better deal thru Booked.net when in fact everyone was offering the same price. The hotel also charged a $1000 RMB deposit on the card keys, which I thought was unusual.

The hotel's cleanliness was impressive. Hotel facilities were modern and upscale. Transportation was very convenient as we could easily reach the metro station or bus stop in a short walk. The hotel's location was great as it was very close to major shopping centers.

For us, it was ideal.

It is really near to Canton Fair - a cab costs like 20 RMB. From train station taxi is 30 RMB, not more. Cab drivers are bastards so be careful :-)

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, with easy access to major shopping facilities and the MTR station. Getting around was a breeze, whether by taxi or the convenient shuttle bus. The staff provided exceptional service, with 24-hour room service and helpful bell staff/porter. The amenities were top-notch, with comfortable and soundproofed rooms, complimentary toiletries, and a flat-screen TV. We also enjoyed the delicious meals at the restaurant and the relaxing sauna and steam bath facilities. The free Wi-Fi and luggage storage were additional perks that made our stay even more enjoyable.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The breakfast buffet had a good variety of food, including western options. The free shuttle bus to the local attractions was very convenient. Also, the staff were quite friendly and always willing to help.

The hotel was a bit far from the city center, so we had to take a cab to go almost anywhere. Also, some staff struggled to communicate in English, which made it difficult to get directions or recommendations. The room was clean but basic, lacking some amenities that we expected. it was a decent hotel for a short city trip, but not necessarily a luxurious stay.

all the shops are a bit far from the hotel. If you want to eat outside or do some shopping you must take a taxi.
